TERMS OF SERVICE
General
You may not involve my artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, artificial intelligence, or any future inventions in these unethical areas. All artwork commissioned from me is for personal use only and cannot be commercialized.
I am confident and comfortable working with human, anthro, some mech-based characters, and fan art. depending on the character and context.
I will not accept commissions that contain hateful content, speech, or symbols against any specific group, nor will I create anything I find unethical.
I reserve the right to decline any commission without providing a reason. This may occur if I am unwilling or uncomfortable with your ideas. I will also refuse to work with clients who have problematic histories, which may include involvement in theft, scamming, harassment, controversies, or any ongoing drama and will inform other artists of your actions.
Payment & Process
All payments are made using PayPal and paid in USD currency. You will receive an invoice link to make the payment likely through email. Your commission will not start unless the full agreed amount is paid.
My commissions are currently not open.
I do not have an order to which commission I will complete first when given multiple. I will usually work on commissions that I find easiest to complete at the time. If the commission needs to be done at a specific time, please discuss it with me in the initial discussion over payment. please provide me a reasonable time gap for completion.
My commission turnaround is usually no longer than a month depending on complexity. If I'm in situations I may need more time, you will be updated on the matter asap and I will give an time frame estimate for completion.
I'm open to changes in the art process if it is a large commission such as full body work or things more complex than an icon. In this situation, you are usually provided with a rough sketch beforehand for approval. You are allowed 2 drastic changes on a reasonable part of the drawing only provide that it aligns with your commission description and payment range. Any more changes after that will be charged. However, I am willing to make free changes if it is a mistake on my end with markings or design elements with characters.
My rights and your rights.
I retain all rights to my artwork, which means I have the freedom to share it across various online platforms. This includes displaying my work in digital portfolios, and content examples, or utilizing it for commercial purposes in both digital and physical formats, such as art books and collection files.
I kindly ask for your respect regarding my creations. This involves refraining from tracing, drawing over, altering, or otherwise manipulating any piece of my art. don't use my art for any form of hateful symbolism or used in a hateful context, it shouldn't be used in any way that discriminates against the art form or is generally rude to others.
Additionally, please do not remove or alter the watermark featured on my artwork. Typically, you will receive an unwatermarked version of your commissioned piece, and I request that these unwatermarked images be kept private and not shared outside of your personal space.
You have the freedom to share your commissioned artwork across various online platforms. This includes personal websites, galleries, and other non-commercial contexts, as long as proper credit is given. It’s important to note that unless we have a specific agreement stating otherwise, all commissioned pieces are intended solely for private use. do not share my work as if it is your own work. Credit matters to me!
Refund and cancelation
I will not be able to provide full refunds for commissions due to how paypal tax and exchange functions and kofi. In the situation that I am sure I’m unable or unwilling to complete your commission, you will receive a partial refund based on the progress I have made on the artwork. Please note that issuing a chargeback will result in being blacklisted from any future work with me, including commissions, adopts, etc. Your name will also be informed to others I know and publicly to warn other artists who may potentially make any exchanges with you.
My tos is directly used by other artists I value and agree with. Please understand these are not negotiable as they align with majority of my moral standard with work and are standards I uphold of myself when commissioning others.
